Mick delivered the coach promptly and cheerfully despite the fact it was 5am in the morning. The coach itself was great and even impressed the girls – who are hard to please! However I wanted in particular to say how much we were grateful for the contribution that John made to the trip. He was courteous, professional and got on very well with both students and staff. I especially valued his advice and local knowledge as he had taken so many trips before, and we were able to plan together to reschedule the tour to make the most of the locations and minimise time on the bus. His interest in history and enthusiasm was very evident, and he was an excellent example for the students.

Just thought I would drop you a quick line to say a very big thank you for your assistance with the Edward Jones programme in March/April of this year.
All booking were made in a very timely manner and your assistance during the planning stages of the programme was much appreciated. All of the tweaks to the programme were accommodated and nothing seemed to be a problem for you and the team.
All of your vehicles were, as usual, in top condition and its clear your fleet is very well maintained. This helps Allied UK enormously as this is an aspect of our service that is very important, especially when we have large corporate groups on board.
From the transfers to St Pancras, to the airport and all of the full and half day excursions, all of your drivers were knowledgeable, helpful and very, very friendly. The ‘old hands’ (Mick, Ian and Mick etc) showed their experience of course and we were all very impressed with Gavin; who I think may well be a new star in the making – all of the clients liked him and the guides did too – which certainly makes my life easier!
